"Didn’t even get anything done. Lady was rude from the jump. She had either some braids or locs. She started rushing up from the back yelling at people around the entrance to read the sign that states “line forms here” and proceeds to turn the sign around so ppl could see it. It Wasn’t even facing us. Then we had to inform the lady that we were trying to read the sign so we could actually follow the directions n she caught another nasty attitude. Idk if she was tired or overworked or what but I knew I’d be damned if I let her lil mad self do a piercing on me so we just took our business elsewhere. Not the worst experience ever but they could definitely be more polite and professional. Especially Ms. ma’am who’s name I failed to get."
