- "Was not happy with my experience and service. I only went here because the place that I normally go to get my eyebrows done was closed. When I walked in Brow Art 23 the person who was there was doing someone else's eyebrows but she didn't even greet or acknowledge me. When she was done servicing the person ahead of me she didn't sanitize and wipe off the chair nor did she even put hand sanitizer on prior to doing my eyebrows. Let me also add that her body odor was not good and she also was on her cell phone while she was doing my eyebrows. The inside of the store did not look clean either. Very unprofessional and I will NOT be back or recommend anyone to go here."
