"Came in around 11am and was seated in the chair in about 15-20 minutes after. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The customer service was outstanding throughout most of the visit. The lady that I was sent to do my dip set was nice but I was not happy with my nails after she finished. I asked for medium-long nails with just a colored French tip which I thought was pretty simple for anybody to do but I was wrong. After I showed her what I didn’t like about it she simply just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Thankfully Sam who I believe is the owner or manager offered to fix it right away. He did exactly what I wanted within 10 minutes. I will return to this location again and try a different nail tech if I can’t get Sam. 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 customer service 8/10 experience"

"Kim argued with me about not being satisfied with the application then didn’t try to fix them. This was the most sloppy nail job I’ve ever had in my life! Will never go back!!! She was so rough and over filed my natural nail to the point it burned really bad. Very dirty shop. Would not recommend."
