- "As a former UConn Husky and longtime fan, it is always great to visit Gampel Pavilion. My wife and I actually were students when it opened in 1990 and attended the first basketball game there. Lots of wonderful memories!! Parking can be tough and some of the seats are a little tight, but there really isn't a bad view from anywhere."
