"I got a hair cut and the barber cut my face so deeply that it has left a scar and a bruise that will take quite a bit of time to heal. I will never go back and will advise all of my friends and family members to avoid going here."

"I was excited to get a manicure with a couple of my guy friends and immediately there was not a warm welcome. I believe it was the owner, she was very matter of fact in her responses and almost seemed annoyed answering my questions. I am glad I canceled my manicure appointment because there are so many other nail salons that would actually love to have my business. Would not recommend this salon to anyone that wants to have a decent customer service experience. I hope this salon treats their patrons well and this was just an off day for them."

"I came in with a flexible expectation about what I wanted to do with my hair mainly a short hair cut and dyed tips. I'd say Caty worked well with me, I enjoyed our time. She did an excellent job on suggesting colors, the front of my cut, angle great, color beautiful choice, even the decision to do more than just tips, worth the money. However bc she didn't show me the back of my head. I went home and found a near halo of blonde/ instead of color and on my shaved side a noticable indent that she didn't shave down/even out. There is also a whole bunch of baby hairs that are longer than the cut by like 2" lol It felt dishonest for her to not mention it openly. She did offer to shorten my hair more if it wasn't enough at first and for free if I wanted to try it, even days later, which was sweet. But I can't come back bc it would be too exhausting as an introvert to be this straightforward in person. ***Which is why I just wrote this review instead of giving her a chance to fix it.*** I paid $145 +tip Photos 1 hour after session"
