"I came in 30 minutes before they closed and the young guy complained that he doesn’t recommend getting dip there and they make no money off the dip. Well he was rushing to do my nails and didn’t have all the right tools so he had to touch my nails with the dip on it before it was dry which made lumps and an uneven layer. He was very rough and I was over charged. I left unsatisfied because he didn’t coat the nail evenly with the top gel coat, my nails were uneven layered, an they weren’t smooth at all. I called Monday morning wanting to get them fixed and he argued with me that there was nothing wrong with them and that they’re just fine when they weren’t. He then told me that he can’t fix anything because it’s been over 24 hours an I told him that’s not my fault because they were closed on Sunday. So he said whatever I make them smooth. I came in to get my nails redone and sat there waiting for at least an hr and then he cot some other lady to come over and look at my nails to show here there nothing wrong with them an I told her to feel them, then you’ll see where I have my problem an I told both of them I just wanted my nails done right and that if he don’t know what he doing then he shouldn’t be providing that service. There still not smooth like they should be but there better than what they were. But overall I would not be giving this place my business again!!!! 0/10"

"I sat there for a total of 45 minutes. When I arrived after I was told to sign in I asked the heavy set male if they did individual eyelashes.He said they did. A young lady pulls me to the back and I told her I wanted individual. She stated she didn’t know how to but her sister did. She stepped out of the room and spoke to her sister. She came back and said her sister would do them just sit back up front. She handed me a book to look at color options. Sat back down and waited an additional 15 minutes. The sister come and asks the other customers what the wanted. I told her I was waiting for her to do my individual. Nastily she replied “I’m not gonna do no individuals”."

"Came in after scheduling an appointment and the barber that I had was very nice! Everyone in there seemed very friendly and it was a very nice comfortable environment. Service exceeded my high expectations and I got the best haircut I have ever received. The pricing for it was perfect as well. Really appreciate this place and will be stopping in regularly!"
