She was awesome with letting me know everything she was doing, answering all my questions no matter how mundane, and handling my anxiety about getting a tattoo! She was great at keeping conversation and like I said she would let me know EVERY step she took before taking it, which was really great for me!! The facility was extremely clean and comfortable!
