"I have used the same nail technician for more than 2 years. Mimi always does an awesome job. I only return to see Mimi. As for as the management goes, it is horrible. They are double booking and triple booking the scheduled appointments. On three separate occasions, this has happened to me. If you manage to get the chair first for your technician to do your nails at your scheduled time, the manager is constantly telling her that she has another customer waiting. Mimi told me it takes a minimum of 30 minutes for a manicure and additional 30 minutes for a pedicure to be done. He is expecting his technicians to do the services in 15 to 20 minutes or less per service. This is horrible service. We pay for good quality service then we should get good quality service by the technician. He shouldn't hurry her. He especially shouldn't be double booking and/or triple booking the appointments for the technicians. They should keep the technicians but get new management."
