"One star speaks for itself. I talk to Diane on the phone to get my German Shepard groomed. She charged me $125 to cut his hair down. I didn't pay attention to the closing time on the ticket and I was waiting for her to call me. When I looked at the receipt, one of the numbers was wrong in my phone number. This woman cussed me out and said she was going to keep my dog. She had me Soo upset. She was going to charge me another$75 to get him back. She has a knack of hanging up on people. I was going to call the police but I didn't know where she lived. When I finally got him back, he didn't even look like my same dog."

"First let me start off by saying if I could give them negative stars I would. My daughters who are 4 and 5 and I went here tonight at 4:45. They don’t close until 6. I wanted a full set and my daughters just wanted to get their nails painted. The lady threw the colors at me and said pick your color. The colors she had said dip and I don’t care for the dip so I nicely asked her if these were all the colors that I didn’t like the dip. She told me that was dip and gel colors. I wanted navy and that wasn’t on the colors she gave me so I asked if they had navy. She told me only on the dip so I agreed just so I could have my color. When she started doing my nails I asked if she was going to have time and to paint their nails and she told me no. When my 5 year old told me that wasn’t fair mommy she YELLED at her and told her to go sit down and she would do her nails. I told her that was ok but thank you we would go somewhere else and she proceeded to tell me fine go home then. I thought this was completely disrespectful and very unprofessional. I will NEVER return here again and I will make sure I tell everyone to go to Happy Nails."

"Came in as a walk-in for a soak off and dip polish reapply. Tammy did a custom blend of colors to resemble what I was wearing when I came in and got VERY close! She made them thin like I like them and did a great job shaping my real nails, very close attention to little details. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend Tammy's Nails!"
