"I came in for a full set of acrylic nails. When I was getting them done, the lady asked me what color and shape I would like and I gave her the number and said I wanted coffin shape. Halfway through painting my nails she told me she was going to do a design on two of my nails, I didn’t ask for a design but I let her do it anyways. When I went to check out my total was $60. A full set is normally $45. She told me that to do a long coffin is $10 extra, I’m confused because if you are getting acrylic you normally go in wanting long nails, and you are putting the fake nail on no matter the length. If I was told upfront that coffin long was going to be $10 extra I would have asked for a different shape. I also was told that the two colors was a $5 up charge, and I didn’t even want the design in the first place; I felt like I was pressured into getting it. I just wish they would have been upfront about the pricing, and a little nicer when I asked why the price was so high."
