"I was wondering why the reviews for this place had dropped recently and now I understand. As everyone else has pointed out, the guy at the front desk is rude and his customer service is horrible. I was very happy with my pedicure, I didn’t catch the name of the man that did it. The lady that did my nails initially did a terrible job. It was supposed to be a dip on natural nails.. they were lumpy and uneven and I told her I did not like them. Another lady came to try to fix them and she was really nice. She did what she could, but because she had to dip them twice more to cover up the bad job from the first lady, they were super thick which still was not going to work for me. (She did a good job for the poor foundation that she had). They weren’t supposed to close until 5, were closing early so I let her know I would be coming back tomorrow to get them fixed. She went and got the guy from the front and he had the worst attitude. He said they had to take them off even after I told him I would pay for them and just come back tomorrow but he was rude and rough when taking what was then 7 layers of fresh dip powder off of my nails. He wouldn’t answer any questions about who I could ask for when I returned, swiped my card for my pedicure and turned his back to me and tried to ignore me when I kept asking questions. I asked him for the number to call since he insisted I call before I come back but said he didn’t know the number and they were out of cards. He’s terrible. I’ve been here a couple of times before and there are at least 2 girls that do phenomenal work. If you don’t care about overall customer service, I’d still recommend the place for a pedicure for sure."

The last appointment was more powerful/painful and when I asked why they tried to sell me an additional package.Simply a lie you can see in their facial expressions they are convincing you otherwise. Trust your own eyes before you spend more money"
