"Not professional at all! Poor quality acrylic! The staff can’t do nails well and the management are not manicurist so they don’t have a clue about nails. They will do one part of your service and tell u to wait for the next part because they really don’t have enough staff but want to reel you in and start service so you will be getting something. Otherwise, if you knew how long the wait was, you would leave. These people are so rude, the management there has to declined so much. I’ll never be back again. They had decent prices, lower than the rest of the area and they have to because they perform low quality work."

"The finished product of my nails looked great! The only issues we had were that the nail tech filled one of my hands and then told me to go wait at someone else's table while he was doing someone's nails. I had to wait an extra twenty minutes even though I had an appointment because the nail techs regular came in. other than that service was great! The only other problem was that whenever the nail tech finished doing my nails, he didn't put the gel coat on so they didn't look right. I had to wait for him to finish with someone else while I got my pedicure and then he put the gel coat on. An appointment is necessary if you want to get your nails done here. This is a great place to get your nails done! The service is good and so is the quality! Like I said, an appointment of a must!"

"I went on a saturday, and it was pretty busy. I told them I wanted a gel mani and a pedi. The lady doing my nails absolutely blew through them, and was put off with me when I asked her to paint the side of my nail which she completely missed. Come time for my pedi, she asked which service I'd like, and I chose one of the pedicures with a longer massage time. She was so outwardly rude that I had chose this service. TLDR: if you go and it's busy, be ready to have a shotty job done with poor customer service."
