"My daughter got her nails done here and the lady filed them so hard she filed a chunk right through her skin. It was so bad it started to bleed and they had to clean it up. The nail tech was not apologetic and when it was time to pay, she only offered a $5 discount. $5 is nothing compared to the cleaning we had to do to prevent an infection from setting in especially when we were expected to spend $95. There was no apology offered and we even noticed about 3 other cuts on her fingers once my daughter got home. There seems to be a common theme of poor service and cut fingers from the other reviews. We used to frequently patronize this nail shop but we will NEVER go back again!"

"Beyond dissapointed but I should have just left once I realized they didn't know chrome which was what I really wanted!! I've been doing dip for over 2 years and never have I broken 2 nail in less than 4 days of getting them done. That doesn't include the other nails that also have chipped you can't see.... If the man had just stopped applying dip after 5 coats instead of filing them to where they would be this thin I'm sure I would be telling a different story. Word of advice if you have to wait a few extra days to visit your regular spot them wait othetwise you will likely be wasting $40 like I did.."

"I needed a nail appointment ASAP, and I was able to schedule something day-of here. I went in with a Pinterest photo and hope. I thought the design might be a bit ambitious, but they were able to make it happen! I wish I’d caught my nail tech’s name because she was incredibly receptive, accommodating, and kind. I also got a pedicure, and the gentleman that helped me did a great job. I just referred my friends to this place, and I will definitely be back! (Adding inspo pic and my nails in images)"
