"I wanted a simple manicure and pedicure with one color. Nothing special such as acrylic nails just some gel polish on my nubs. However the pedicure turned out fine. But the lady put French tip design on my nails which I didn't ask for. As it became time to pay I asked to be compensated. Then all hell broke loose as if I did something wrong. I tried explaining how I just wanted one solid color as she did on my pedicure. Overall the problem didn't get solved and I paid for something I absolutely didn't like. Their customer service was horrible. I just wanted a nice time with my child cause I do drive over the road and is in and out of the town all the time but this turned out to be a very horrible experience. I won't be coming back to this place."

"they did decent, on the phone I told him what I wanted and he said it was 40 which was fine but it was weird he charged me 60. He cut 4 of my fingers and put nail glue directly on the cuts (they bled a lot) nail glue is so strong I can’t get it off to clean the blood off my finger and I have school tomorrow I can handle a nail person accidentally cutting me, it happens, but On 4 fingers ? He proceeded to tell me I have thin skin but no other nail place has ever cut me. Overall though they’re open on sundays and they’re walk ins so you don’t have to make appointments which was great for me."
