"I went to sis nails on Dorsett which is usually my go to place. I was there as soon as they opened and waited over 15 minutes and no one showed to open the doors.. with that being said I traveled to VL nails. This was my first time ever using VL nails. I walked in and they got me in within ten minutes of being there. Great! Well….. the younger lady started giving me my pedicure.. I have to say it was one of the worst I’ve had. It was also rushed. Some lady walked in and the lady doing my toes stops in the middle of my pedicure and says can you just wait for a little bit. I’m like sure no problem (assuming my wait is only 10-15 minutes long) WRONG! She didn’t even finish painting my toes and I sat there for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES for her to take another customer. I was NOT happy and kept my mouth shut and waited patiently. She finally comes back to me after 45 minutes of me sitting and waiting in this chair and finished painting my toes. Next was my GEL manicure. She RUSHED so fast through the entire process. Faster than I’ve seen a nail tech move before…. Well here I am about six days later and my gel nails are just peeling right off my nail…. I at least expected it to last two weeks tops. Especially for the price I paid!! Mind you I’m a stay at home mom. So I do nothing other than dishes and care for my home. I’m very very unhappy! Do not waste your time here and look into another nail company so you don’t waste your time or money!!!!!"
