"My younger brother had his hair grown out and asked Rich for a low fade with an undercut all the way around. He asked to show Rich a picture of what he wanted and Rich said he knew what he knew what he wanted. Rich then proceeded to do this and when he was shaving the sides (which my brother did not want him to do) my brother told him that’s not what he wanted. Rich didn’t listen and told him he knew what he was doing. It seems that Rich’s goal was to get his hair off his head not give my brother the haircut he wanted. And to top it off Rich didn’t even give him a fade."

Not every nail shop has a tech that can do pink and white. They were able to do it and shape my nails the way I wanted. I was very pleased with everything.
