"Kate Balto is a goodess. First, I called late in the evening and wanted two tattoos. Guess what? They took us and were so cool about the situation. She stayed late to finish our tattoos. She was mad cool and I enjoyed her. Also, her tattoo skills are definitely on point. She has that tattoo work down to a science."

"Been here several times now and happy every time. By far the best haircut I've ever had anywhere and certainly the best in Lake County. Even if it were more expensive it would be worth it, but the price is also great. Bob always does exactly what I ask him to do; doesn't hold back cutting it short like some of the chain places who I swear think ahead to a sooner return by not cutting it short enough the first time. As with the best barbers I've had in the past, he's also amazingly fast which is good considering he's so popular and thus there can be a wait at times, but the line goes fast. He'll chat with you if you want but he's always professional. Highly recommended."
