"I got a tattoo here a couple of years ago and I didn’t leave a review because I was too nice to say anything but after seeing their bigotry online I thought I might as well. Anyways, the staff were super rude and did not take what I wanted into consideration at all. Me, along with one of my friends, tried explaining to him and wanted to get it perfect but the artist got very snippy. Being the young, conflict avoider i was, just agreed with what the artist was saying, thinking that they know best. The tattoo turned out horribly and he didn’t even have me check placement. Just said “yep it’s right where you said you wanted it.” It in fact, was not. I know I should have voiced my concerns more and refuse to settle, but the artist also should have worked with me more as a customer and not have been so rude and inconsiderate. Luckily the tattoo is on my shoulder so I don’t see it all the time and it’s a smaller tattoo. Either way. Also, they deny service based off of assumptions of peoples personal views. You have the right to deny anyone service, yes, but it still says a lot about your character and place of business."

"I got a face piercing here and they did not use the right piercing. I got below the eye and instead of using a surface piercing they put a huge dunbar in my face. Clearly they did not know what they were doing and instead of saying that they still pierced me anyways. I’m literally crying at the fact that I not only paid my money but now I have holes in face. I’m so hurt. Would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would."
