"I’ve been going here for my government regulation haircuts for years. I’m retired now and still go here. Good, wholesome conversations with staff and customers. It has that classic down-home atmosphere, but what really matters in the end is the haircut. Go see for yourself."

"I used to get my nails done at this salon ALL the time but a few years back there was what I assume was a change in ownership and it's been downhill fast. today the interaction I had was grossly unprofessional. The woman working when i entered was VERY rude to me and treated me with so much disrespect for simply asking a question about a service. i've never before in my life left a nasty review about a place, but i'm literally sitting in the parking lot writing this, because this salon is a joke. the work has been subpar at best the last few months (it's close, that's the only reason we've continued to go here until this point) on top of all of this, it's impossible to get in due to the fact that theres only ever 2 or so people working. my sister and i walked out because of the way we were spoken to. other customers also realized that it was rude, you should have seen their faces. we will NEVER be back + will tell our friends who come here about this experience. save yourself the attitude and go to p+w nail bar in springfield!!"
