"My friend put me on this shop. I just went with her the first time to support her but I ended up talking to the owner for a while and coincidentally he was available that day for 2 small tattoos. Kidd did a great job with something that meant so much to me then I came back for 2 more about a month later. He is a GREAT artist and owner from what I can tell so far. The shop is also really fun and decorated. Kidd is very honest and to the point but open to changes and I respect that. I could tell he loves his business and wants to make sure customers are satisfied when they leave. In a matter of a month I was able to come for 4 tattoos and feel very comfortable in the shop. Still healing as you can probably see by pics. He said if any issues, come back, no problem so that is good customer service! I will be back soon!"

"Went with my sister to get my daith and tragus pierced and my sisters nose a month and a half ago. Lady was very sweet and pierced my daith first, all went well until she did my tragus. She had followed through the tragus and the needle went and scraped the inside the of my ear and she quickly pulled back the needle half way out of the entrance hole and then proceeded to pierce a second exit hole out of it and hit the newly pierced daith. She apologized but asked me to hold still so she could put the jewelry in. Ive had ear pain since then and clean twice a day with piercing wound care from nielmed or a sea salt soak. I have went deaf out of the ear she scraped and since then took the jewelry out thinking maybe its a jewelry reaction (ive never had a jewelry reaction) but she actually had perforated my eardrum from the scraping what i thought was just inside my ear and force used. I get accidents happen but its taught me not to go to a piercer ive never went to before, even if they have their qualifications. Im not sure if the girl was new or just not used to doing the type of piercings i had wanted done or maybe its just my ear area was too small to manuever around."

"I called ahead to make sure they had a opening for piercings. “Casper” was the one piercing my septum. He did NOT clean my nose, he rushed it completely, did not even mark placement, sat me down and put the clamp on, and did not even warn me causing me to be frightened, he said “it’s your nose” after i said sorry that i moved, did not teach me after care. Very Unfriendly. Very terrible experience. Wouldn’t even recommend my enemy there. I called afterwards to ask about the owners name, or manager info and he wouldn’t give it out. Better business bureau?"
