"We went to get henna on my sister and my hands. At first none of the girls wanted to do it. When she brought a girl. She was rushing with the designs we selected from their book. She ruined my sisters hand with those rough lines and messy art. Absolutely ridiculous. And She charged $25 for that ugly tattoo. Even when I complained and showed her hand .. they didn’t care. My sister washed her hand right away. It was ugly."

"I got my first tattoo from her in 2019 and then my second in 2020. But things have definitely changed when she got her "assistant". I could never get a confirmation for my touch up appointment. If I asked my dead grandfather for a sign, I would get a faster response from him than her so called assistant. Night of the appointment I still never got a confirmation so I asked for my money back. All of a sudden her assistant can text back after she got a screen shot of Ash and I conversation. She said, since it's not Ash fault I canceled I can't have my money back. And then proceeded to give me excuse after excuse on why she didn't text me back. Saying they always confirm the night before and I reacted to quickly. It was 9pm! When were you going to text me? Get a new job."
