"This place is unprofessional and thoughtless. A person went in for eyebrow wax and was told your skin is too broken out. They refused to do it. Ok fine, but knowing people in a public place could be embarrassed perhaps offer an option like threading instead of out and out telling them nope you have broken out skin. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way. You have lost her business. Our business and I guarantee we will spread the word."
