"The service was good. The young lady that did attended me had great customer service. I had went a day before inquiring on a full color change. Mary/Maria told me they could do it. After seen what they did it wasn’t what I asked for. I got in my car a literally cried. I don’t put an agreement because of my blood pressure. Am not saying what they did wasn’t good. Am only saying it wasn’t what I asked for."

"I've been a REGULAR customer at this nail salon for 3 years. I come in once a month for pedicure and nexgen nails. Visit monthly without missing a month. Today I came in to get a pedicure and dip powder. I waited for about an hr. Which is fine because it was my choice to wait. But what I'm upset about is the fact that as I'm getting my pedicure I asked them to fixed a chipped nail that broke because someone stepped on me. I'm asking for them to fill it in with acrylic as they've done in the past once before at another salon. And they told me they couldn't do it because they were "too busy" that they had no one who could help me. They basically were refusing to give me that service because they had so many customers coming in and wanted me out basically. This isn't on the employees as much as the owner as even she said they were too busy to add acrylic on the corner of my toe. Literally take 5 min but didn't want to help. I asked Tina which is who regularly does my nails and she handled it right away. So again this isn't a review against the employeees if more for the owner. She rather take a lot of customers but give bad quality service. I was already here. I came in for the services that I mentioned. I was paying for the services not asking them to do it for free. So I don't understand why it was so hard to do the services for me. Just because you're busy? Well sorry but I got here at 1pm and waited . Waiting is a choice . I knew you were busy and patiently waited for my turn. Therefore I can ask for any service because I am the paying customer. Very irritating that they treated me like that. More or so I'm sad that now I'll have to find another nail salon. Loved the employees and loved coming here after so many years. But the treatment I received today was unprofessional and disappointing ."

"First time visiting and certainly not the last. Clean, friendly, professional ,courteous. Lots of smiles and satisfied with my cut. Couldn't ask for more definitely coming back and recommending to friends and family."
