"My son got his ears pierced at Claire's and 2 days later began developing a rash. After getting absolutely NO help from the Claire's manager when I took him back in for a suggestion, we stopped by Jon's Custom Creations to see if we could get some advice. They were so kind and helpful, offering advice, and even stated we could come back in if it didn't seem to be improving. What a helpful, knowledgeable place, and then to generously offer advice when we hadn't even been paying customers!! Five stars for being such a professional place of business!"
"Never heard of a tattoo shop that won’t give you any kind of estimate over messages or email. Explained I would have to travel a far distance to get there and just wanted to get an idea. They had no understanding whatsoever & were just plain rude. Guess they wanted one less customer"
