"I stopped in to see if I could get a new hoop in my tragus. Shop was open but the doors were locked so we called the number on the door. The guy who answered was rude barked we are in an appointment and booked 3 months out then hung up. Horrid customer service. If you can't even be decent on the phone I'm shocked you even have a business. I'll certainly look else where for any future needs, both piercing and tattoo as I had plans for both."
