"I went to get my cartilage piercing changed. It was just a simple switch from my original stud to a silver hoop. The first Indian man at the counter was polite and showed me my options. However, the second Indian uncle with white hair who was performing the switch was incredibly rude and loud. All he kept saying was just pay just pay. He dropped my original stud on the floor and it got lost. They did offer me a replacement but I was still annoyed, understandably. He was very rough with the insertion of the hoop as well. Now, I’m slightly paranoid that he didn’t even insert the piercing properly. I think I will have to go to a PROPER piercing shop where they treat their customers with respect and have it checked out. They spoke in hindi the entire time thinking I didn’t understand but I understood every word ha! DO NOT GO THERE !!!"
