"Myself, my husband, and a few of our friends have all gone to Ben for tattoos in the past. Almost every appointment has been either pushed back due to Ben running late or canceled last minute. Appointments have been canceled same day, within the hour, or most recently canceled 5 minutes AFTER the appointment start time. After standing at the shop’s front door for 10 minutes waiting, my husband texted Ben and got a response that he was unable to make it because of an emergency (this excuse has been used multiple times so it’s hard to believe that it really was one). This is so unprofessional and seems like Ben doesn’t mind that this happens just because he is the owner and he makes the rules. It’s quite a shame because, in my opinion, Ben does do good work. We will not be returning and will stop recommending him to friends."
