I told Chad my issues with the previous one and he was able to spot right away why it was painful. He re-pierced me and it was clean and quick. He was super nice! I felt so comfortable because I could tell that he was confident with what he was doing. They’re customer service is on point. I’m going here if I want anything else done!"
