- "I had an appointment for 2 weeks to get tattoo removal done. I paid a $100 deposit the day I booked. At the time of booking he Stated he owned the rights to this removal technique on the whole western united states. After calling the CEO of that company, that is not true. After traveling An hour and a half, I showed up for my appointment and he was super rude, said he was “running late” and to call later that day. He had just started a portrait tattoo. I stated I couldn’t come back later. I called to request my deposit back and he stated to me he wasn’t a “vending machine”. the place was so cluttered, you could hardly walk in the small walk areas, and had an odor. Even if he was not rude and unprofessional, I would have been very hesitant to allow him to work on my body. In a small town like this, word of mouth and courtesy goes a long way. I can not stress enough how uneasy this whole thing made me feel. And now I will probably never get my money back. I would not recommend going or giving a deposit to this shop at all. If I get the refund I will update this review."
