"Got a tattoo done said to come back in for a free touch up. Went back after a couple months and he said the touch up wasn’t going to be free even after I said that he said it would be free. Nice guy but doesn’t stick to his word. I have 5 other tattoos done at other places and not one of the first touch ups did I have to pay for."
