"This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at any nail salon. I went here on a friday evening, they were very busy rushing through the service to try and get as many people in as they could. During the service He cut my actual nail while putting on the acrylics. It hurt at the time, but i figured it would stop stinging and eventually heal. it did not, it got infected and hurt so bad i had to take the nail off and go to the doctor. My finger was so infected i had to be put on an antibiotic, and the infection had to be popped. After it started healing i went to check back in with my doctor who had to cut half of my real nail off. he told me my nail was ruined forever and would never grow back the same. I’m so upset about this especially since this all could have been avoided if they didn’t try to rush so much. i will never be able to get acrylics again."
