"Jessica's Nails is a bait and switch scam. They have a large sign out front advertising a manicure & pedicure for $35. I called and told them I was interested in their $35 manicure & pedicure. They asked me if I could come over right then so I did. When I got there, I told them I wanted the $35 manicure and pedicure and DID NOT want gel because gel damages my nails. The man who did my nails didn't or couldn't speak much English but did an ok job. When I went to pay, I was told I owed $55! I asked why, and the man who did my nails couldn't explain so another staff member came over who also didn't speak much English. A customer overheard my question and said they were charging me because they used gel polish!. I said again I specifically told them I did not want gel because gel damages my nails. Since they acted like they couldn't understand what I was saying, I paid them what they charged, but I will NEVER go there again since they did a bait and switch on me. Anyone who goes there should make sure they don't do this to you!"

"I wish I could give zero stars. They rushed them. They tried to get me out as quick as possible because there was an appointment coming in soon. Even though I had one myself. The look so bad i’m so mad. They are so uneven and not even painted all the way. It was a huge waste of money and i’m so disappointed. There were also rough."
