"I said I was not going to do this!! I have to say that I was very disappointed about my experience that I had over this weekend. I was so happy that the store was able to open and the staff could have their jobs back! I am always very happy to patronize this store. I went there this past Saturday to have my eyebrows done. I simply asked if I could have a little extra glue so that my lashes would last. The lady "Cola" said in a very aggressive and rude tone "we don't do that anymore." She told me that she did not need me to tell her how to do her job!! She continued to be frustrated and I discontinued my service!! I was given my money back! I could not believe the level of disrespect that I received at the store!! I am a good customer!! I had nothing but positive things to say on my last review"

"This salon doesn’t deserve the one star rating I gave. I will never go back! It’s unbelievable how rude they are to their customers! I brought my 14 year old step daughter in for a pedicure and acrylic set and I got a mani/pedi and both of our nail technicians treated us rude and were disrespectful. The lady yelled at my step daughter when she didn’t understand what she was telling her to do, and the whole time they worked on our pedicures, they spoke in their language and made us feel like they were talking bad about us. I don’t know how this place stays in business! The service is HORRIBLE!"
