"Daniel has been cutting my sons hair for well over a year now. He’s 6 and has autism. He hates haircuts and they are hard on him due to sensory struggles. Other than his very first haircut, he has never had anyone that could quickly cut his hair AND make it look good. Until we met Daniel and Gray City! Daniel understands Abel’s needs and although it’s not an easy task, each time he has patience with him and makes his haircut look so good! We will always go to Gray City! My husband also gets his haircut here by Marshall and sometimes Daniel, it always looks so handsome!!"

"Everything about my experience at VIP Nail Spa was horrible. To begin with, I called the day before and asked how much my nails would be and they said 40$, I just wanted basic, short, square nails. When it was time to pay, my nail technician said $60. I didn’t say anything but I will not return to this salon ever again. The nails don’t even look good and I was cut when she was drilling my nails on 4 different fingers. My tech seemed like she was in a rush to get my nails done and over which I don’t like. The professionalism lacks in this salon and I do NOT recommend going here."

"I use to enjoy coming here, I enjoyed the services and the price. I decided to go back after maybe 1-2 years and regret it. My thumb and middle finger cuticles were cut, so much the bleed would not stop on my middle finger. The only reason the bleed “stopped” was because of the clear coat gel that sealed it. So much clear coat gel was stuck my finger nails to my finger tips. The person tried to remove some but majority stayed. I paid $27 just to have my manicure awfully done. Here’s a right after picture and one of this morning. I didn’t even bother letting the lady know because she was just on the phone and attending another customer."
