I have also been pierced by Elijah, he did my tongue piercing and it healed amazing! He made sure it was exactly how I wanted it placed and was very professional."

"After a recommendation from a coworker for nose piercing, I made an appointment via Facebook messenger on their Facebook page. The appointment was for 4 pm Thursday. Great, drove 45 minutes to get there. The sign on the door says they are closed but the girl who is doing the piercing is tattooing someone, so I go sit in my car to not disturb them. I sent another message to the shop to make sure I was in the right place and because of the sign on the door. No response at all. I sat in my car for an hour (I got there early as I didn’t know where it was exactly). A half hour after my scheduled appointment time, Alyssa finally comes to the door and told me there was an emergency and they’re closed (ok but what about the person you are tattooing? ) I asked why no one bothered to message me as I drove 45 minutes to get there?! She blathered something about not even having the credit card machine available, whatever that means and I was paying in cash. Terrible customer service, they took zero responsibility for wasting my time and no apology. You just don’t treat people that way, especially knowing that you have an appointment, you’re literally tattooing someone with a closed sign on the door and I had a confirmed appointment. Zero professionalism. If I could give zero stars I would. Take your business elsewhere."
