"Constant horrible experiences at this location and their staff. I had walked in and “Reshma” told me that she has a lot of customers and not able to take me right now and for me to come back in 30 minutes and she will take me for sure. I told her that I’ll be there and write my name down for an appointment so I don’t have to wait. She said come in 30 minutes I will take you don’t worry. I walk in 32 minutes later.. just 2 minutes and she claimed that she had to take her appointment and for me to wait another 30 minutes. I had already explained to her that I would be back and for 2 minutes she already had another appointment? That’s why I had told her to write my name down so there would be no issues. Horrible customer service and on top of that she had the audacity to fight with me infront of a bunch of other customers. Learn how to train your staff!!"

"Wanted to get alittle bit of my previous tattoo touched up on my four arm and was charge me 600 dollars told Them no an wanted my deposit back and he walked away from me without saying anything stood there for another hour an got ignored. Would not recommend, for new soldiers or civilians."
