"Very professional, I came here for two cartilage piercing. She was able to give a honest feedback regarding my two cartilage piercing. About the work setting, it was clean, the piercing room is separated from the tattoo area and I notice that they had an autoclave right in the piercing room. Because of the earlier research that I had done regarding about how certain things should be for a tattoo and piercing parlor. I was able to look back on it for safety measures and was put at ease. Other than that, she could use a smile every now and then."
