"I first contacted Valerie by email for a piercing that I've been interested in for a long time. The reply was fast and she answered every question I had. It seemed to me that she wasn't just trying to get me in the door to get paid either by what we talked about and all the information she gave me. She was very down to earth and gave it to me straight and its hard to find a buisness that isn't about the bs today. Before today I've never even thought about walking into a piercing shop but she made it very comfortable and homey. She even tolerated my very profound cursing when it came to the actual event. I won't give details but it wasn't an everyday ear or tongue piercing. Even she said she was surprised by the one I picked for my first piercing. I can't speak for the other artist that work there but Valerie took good care of me and I will always recommend her for anyone I know that needs a piercing.
