"Highly professional and very calm energy. I got my nipples pierced by Justin and he made the entire process very comfortable and informed me every step of the way. I had them done somewhere else years ago and was worried about pain the second time around but to my surprise it was less painful this time. My sister got her conch done and also had questions about her other existing piercings which he took the time to answer thoroughly. Will definitely be coming here for piercings in the future. 10/10!"

"Went in for a 5 hour session for first appointment. She started part of my tattoo and then said something had come up 2 hours in and that we would have to finish it later and asked that I pay for half now. Paid her and scheduled a appointment for the following week in the morning. Showed up and she blew me off and made excuses and asked me to come back that afternoon. She then contacted me and asked me to reschedule. After rescheduling her so called assistant said there was a mistake and asked to reschedule me again, all of this the day before or on of the appointment after being confirmed. On the day of the final schedule time she finally messaged me herself and said there was a mistake on their end and then said her kid was sick. I reluctantly rescheduled for the following weekend. After confirming the appointment with here directly showed up for the appointment and would not answer/respond to any attempts to contact her. Very poor professionalism and character is my impression of her and have since not gotten any contact from her and have scheduled with another artist to finish and fix the work she started. I was recommended to her by several people but would not recommend her at all to anyone after this experience."
