"I don't really leave reviews but felt i needed to on this one. My daughter and i both came in for nails and pedicures. First the price is more expensive than every single nail place i have been to. They kept saying I would have to pay $65 for acrylic white tips my daughter wanted (nothing special about the picture or nails we showed them) , & that's 20 more than they already quoted me for my daughter. i thought almost $70 is ridiculous for simple white tips so i said no. They did the white tips they said they would do for 45 and they looked horrendous! The white tips where way wider than my daughters nail bed. The lady said my daughters nail bed was short but shes the one who cut her nails. I've never had to have nails redone but i sent my daughter back to get hers redone and they couldn't accommodate and do simple, normal white tips so she had to get all color. they also told my daughter to "have your mom pay more next time" when I paid them $150 ? Craziness and pretty bold. The lady wasn't very friendly at all. She got mad at my daughter because her nail got messed up and the lady is the one who messed it up?! She also got annoyed when my nail got messed up when i was dealing with my SERVICE dog. Just too expensive for not great quality or service im sorry."

"1. They didn’t follow directions, and I provided one of their pictures of the style I wanted. I asked for a shorter length than what was in the pic but they did what they wanted to do by braiding down my back when I requested shoulder length. 2. They added too much hair for box braids. The braids were so heavy, it was giving me a headache. Just because one requests box braids, the stylist/braider doesn’t have to add so much hair. I wanted a natural looking style. We are humans and we have to live normal lives such as doing things like sleeping with these hair styles. Be considerate! 3. When your stylist/braider messes up, acknowledge that and do not tell the customer to get another style next time."

"pro nails has been doing mine and my mothers nails for about 3 years now! they are clean, friendly and do the best work! here is a picture of the nails i got done today for example, they look better then the inspiration picture i showed them! thank you elisha! beyond beautiful"
