"I got my first tattoo from her in 2019 and then my second in 2020. But things have definitely changed when she got her "assistant". I could never get a confirmation for my touch up appointment. If I asked my dead grandfather for a sign, I would get a faster response from him than her so called assistant. Night of the appointment I still never got a confirmation so I asked for my money back. All of a sudden her assistant can text back after she got a screen shot of Ash and I conversation. She said, since it's not Ash fault I canceled I can't have my money back. And then proceeded to give me excuse after excuse on why she didn't text me back. Saying they always confirm the night before and I reacted to quickly. It was 9pm! When were you going to text me? Get a new job."
