"Amazing service, my cousin got her ears done here (she was the one that got 5 holes done at 14) The service was great the piercer was super informative and helpful, he was professional the entire time and knew what to do when she started feeling faint, gave plenty of good advice the main lobby was cozy and made everyone feel relaxed. My Cousin and her husband got matching tattoos as well though I wasn't there to watch, they said they liked the results and the vibe of the place. And here's my cousin's industrial she got:"

"Went there for my first tattoo. Got my work done by gubby/guppy. Had a bad experience. Got my tattoo done. Got a dragon Ball. The stars were engraved and dug in too deep and the work came out patchy afterwards. This was a color tattoo. After the tattoo was healed I went back to reschedule. Was told multiple times that they'll call and reschedule. Never got a call back. Tattoo was never redone by them or even checked out. Had to go somewhere else to fix their mistake. They are non-responsive and very unhelpful."
