"First of all getting ahold of anyone there to make an appointment is nearly impossible. Finally scheduled my appointment and go to show up today and I was told I was scheduled for the following Monday even though I showed her proof in a message from her saying it was for todays date. I understand that mistakes happen but I didn't get much of an apology for wasting my time and gas driving out there."
