"I’ve been to hundreds of vape shops in my life and I have never ever received service like I did here at brick house. The guy running the shop Waldo is seriously the nicest dude ever, he was super helpful knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me anything, super hassle free shopping experience. I ended up getting the juice he recommended and I don’t think I’ll buy any other juice again, it’s truly delicious. They also only carry high end juices at a great price compared to All the other local shops. Definitely recommend this shop For anyone who likes chill environments that are hassle free."

"Nice shop and friendly staff but fast talking and failure to listen to the customer wants gets them this one star review, due to the fact I wanted a specific feature on my pistol and I was sold a pistol without it. Overall the shop is not bad, I just wish my salesperson was just a little more consistent and attentive to what I wanted to get out of my purchase and shown me only pistols with the feature I desired!! Recommendations are appreciated but if it does cater to what the purchaser wanted, why bother bringing it out you know. Unfortunately this experience leaves an impression of “I made a quick sell” rather than “I took care of the customer ensuring their needs were met”."
