"I had an incredible experience here! The folks were very friendly, not at all pushy about services, took their time to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and I didn't end up with any cuts or pain as I have at other places. I bite my nails and other places have made fun of me about it and these folks didn't at all, just got to work giving me beautiful nails. I'll definitely be a return customer."

"I have only been here I think 3 times maybe 4 between me and my kids and and it's definitely nothing too impressive but at 1st it was OK just an average nail salon until the last time I went and the lady acted like she didn't want to be there. Today my daughter went and when I made the appointment I requested somebody that was good with kids and I told them it was for prom so she got a guy that was getting irritable when she was trying to talk to him and and she showed him what she kind of wanted and also wanted their "Professional" opinion which a girl was giving I guess but she couldn't have her so she had to stick with him and so came home with Bad nails instead of Amazing for Prom!!! I hope they correct it ASAP"

"Ok so I called yesterday and made an appointment, she asked me what I wanted took my name and said 9am. So 8:50 am this morning I walked in sat in the pedi chair(which I had to request be cleaned again) The tech rushed on my pedicure skipping steps which I had to remind her to go back and do. When it came time for my mani which I never use regular polish always been gel since it been available. The tech decides to talk over me when I asked was it get polish then said get 15 dollars more, at this point I was so frustrated I told her to keep the polish I had on. While at the drying table the polish was still not sitting right with me so I told her I didn’t want it she charged me 10$ to change to gel which all she had to do was use the UV light. Ok I think finally a little satisfied only to get outside in the sun light to see that only half of the nail cured under the light so so now I have spots line and bubbles in nail polish.. I had to return and get the gel polish removed and get an entirely new color.. needless to say I won’t visit them under this management every again?"
