"Made an appointment for a piercing. Showed up on time and was asked to wait a bit. No problem, right? After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and I was told three more people were getting tattooed before my piercing... I've had piercing appointments last less than 15 minutes. I canceled and left. Why have appointments if you can't honor them? Three stars because the shop was really nice, the staff was friendly, and I'm sure they do fine work when you can get it. But I scheduled my day around being there for this appointment and wasted a couple hours."

"Do not go here. They charged me twice for one vape and when I NICELY confronted the guy, he immediately gave me attitude and started yelling at me saying he didn’t. I show him my bank account and give him proof that he did, but refuses to believe me. And they do this a lot to their customers. Horrible staff and horrible customer service."
