"Got a dip fill and it was done in 30 minutes. Never felt so rushed in my life. All my nails are uneven. Asked for a nature shape and somehow end up with this shape. Two days later, peeling up and chipped at the bottoms."

"Absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Went in to get a new set. Which I’ve been getting acrylic nails for 13 years. She RIPPED off the old nails. Not being gentle at all. Did not listen to anything I was telling her. Explaining how I want them done. Got the acrylic all over the side of my finger so my nail was STUCK to my finger which she was not going to fix until I said something. When I was finally done she charged me $10 to take off my nails. I’ve never heard of a salon charging to take off old nails for a new set. The paint job was not great. Then when I went to dry I was sitting there maybe 5 minutes before she walked over to me telling me they were dry. Which I knew wasn’t the case but she then went and stood and held the door open for me to leave. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Never going back."

"I’m very disappointed I come to get overlays my real nails are very long so I don’t need fake ones. I’m not sure if they are low on supplies or if the acrylic is expired but if I just got a overlay set done on Tuesday there’s no way my nails should be cracking and looking weeks old after only 6 days. I’m highly upset because these are my nails and I’m tired of spending money with these people for my stuff to come out looking the way they do. I will be there today to voice my concerns in person and will need accommodations because after this I will not come back to this shop and I urge everyone not to as well. If I could give 0 stars I would"
