"DON'T DO IT!!! Alright, here's the thing- I've worked in customer service my whole adult life. If you go through my reviews, I really don't give bad one. If I have a bad experience, I let the staff know and give them an opportunity to fix it. This Great Clips is seriously a problem. In our home we have 3 guys. Each one has had more than one trip to great clips over the last four months. Each time, they come back with torn up necks/hair lines. The first time, we let the stylists know. They said they had ordered some poor quality razors and the problem wouldn't happen again. I assure you it is still a problem. (We didn't communicate the issue continuing to happen between the 3 guys so.. they all got jacked up necks again)
We won't be back and I hope someone sees this review before another kid ends up with a scratched up neck."
"Very very disappointed with the way I was treated. I scheduled and appointment the day before for 2:15. I drove the 45 minutes to get there and was even early to my appointment. We were barely acknowledged when we walked in the door. I am aware that you do not always get sat right away so I waited. After 40 minutes I was still waiting patiently. I noticed a few of what I assume to be there regulars walk in as they were greeted by name. After another 30 minutes still nothing. On top of all the waiting, they continued to sit WALK INS before me because they “knew” them. I understand being loyal to returning customers but what is the point of making an appointment if they completely disregard you and don’t even acknowledge you. I do not recommend going here as they seem to not care about customer service or caring for those who took the time to make an appointment. I ended up leaving with no service as I was tired of wasting my time. I’ve been taken care of faster and better at a McDonald’s restaurant then here."
"Tech did a great job with my nails. I was a little disappointed that I asked for a pedi and wrote it down but it was overlooked."
