"I went in to get my 3 month old daughters ears pierced. I was greeted by Eric who also did the piercing. He had a great sense of humor and joked with us and made us feel comfortable. He was very gentle and quick when piercing her ears. He even talked to her to calm her. He also allowed my mom to go back with my daughter and I. I would definitely recommend Eric to family and friends. Thanks again for making our experience great."

"I came in on December 2nd, 2021. It was the one year anniversary of my mother passing away, and I went in first thing in the morning when they opened. I was hoping to get a tattoo of my mom's handwriting. The lady at the front apologized and told me they were booked for the day and to reschedule. Anto overheard the conversation and came out to see how big the tattoo would be, and immediately asked his "previously booked" customer if he was okay with waiting 15 min so he could help me. He explained that he realized how important this was to have it TODAY, and not reschedule it, so he would squeeze me in. There are no words to the impeccable customer service I felt that day. It was more than that though. It was already a tough day for me, and Anto's warm heart, understanding, and patience made me happy!! Thank you to the customer that waited, and thank you to Anto for making a hard day, very special!!"
