"I ha a dip nail and kept saying that I had one or two tip on two of my fingers, so remove it before you start dipping. Which obviously he couldn’t understand and kept saying don’t worry. Also he did a very thing layer of dip on my nails, not sure How long its going to last."
"So I decided to get a traditional pedicure here since it’s close to my home. There was 3 of us together and I noticed the man rushed through my pedicure, did not give me the leg massage with lotion/oil that usually comes with it, (that the other 2 ladies I came with also received)barely scrubbed my feet, and painted so fast that he missed spots on my toe nail and when I asked him to fix it he said “it’s only a small piece no issue” and refused to correct it."
"This location is literally the WORST LOCATION and I have been to 3 of the locations so far just based on convenience. But this location’s customer service is absolutely horrible! I have personally witnessed one of their employees Sana get into screaming match with 3 clients at once over a clients simple wants that could easily be achieved. I was going out of town the next early morning so I unfortunately didn’t have an option but to stay since I was next. Following that incident over 3 months later I go in to give Sana a chance again because maybe she was just having a bad day and ultimately I liked how she did my brows. I go in and was told she is taking a thread and wax client and to come back in an hour. I walked around in Ross next door and came back in 45 minutes and waited another 30 minutes for them to tell me it was going to be another hour and a half because she now has an eyelash client after I have been waiting for forever! I end up getting upset that I came back when told to and she comes out of the back room pretty much yelling at me now! I end up leaving and gave it like another 4-5 months before trying to go back. Then today comes and I have an event tomorrow and I went in around 230 and Sana again tells me she has an eyelash client and to come back in an hour or to call. So, I call in about an hour and 15 minutes because lash appointments take longer than an hour typically and I’m told to call back again in another hour and a half because she took another lash client. And I won’t see anyone else because they have all cut me so far by being so rough and heavy handed! At this point I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! I’d rather pay double the amount than to deal with such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and Sana in particular is extremely unprofessional! Would not recommend if you enjoy even decent customer service!!"
